Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will bring at least five years of proven expertise in cost management, contract administration, and project delivery within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
  • Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports
  • Manage contracts and procurement processes
  • Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor agreements
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule

Requirements:

  • BSc, B Tech, HND in Quantity Surveying MNIQS is added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in construction projects.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.

Job Title: Store Keeper (Construction Company)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage materials, tools, and equipment within our construction site/store. The ideal candidate will ensure proper inventory control, accurate record-keeping, and timely issuance of materials to support project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
  • Issue materials to site staff and track usage
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials
  • Keep the store clean, safe, and well-organized

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND/SSCE qualification
  • Proven experience as a store keeper, preferably in construction
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and record-keeping abilities.
